Anamaria Marinca bio
Anamaria is a Romanian actress. Her debut on screen was Sex Traffic, a Channel 4 film, for where she was awarded the British Academy Television Award as the Best Actress. She is fluent in French, German and English. Her mother played the violin as did her father, who is a the theater professor at one of the top drama schools in Romania. The award was presented to her as the Best Female Actor of the Year in 2000 Award for the young Actor Gala Mangalia. In 2008, the European Film Promotion Board named her an European Shooting Star in 2008. She was a teacher for four seasons in the University of Fine Arts Music and Drama George Enescu in Iasi. bAnamaria Marinca is a Romanian actress born on 01 April 1978. She was born in Iasi Romania. As an actress of Romanian heritage, Anamaria Marinca made her debut on the screen with the British-Canadian TV film Sex Traffic for which she took home the British Academy Television Award for Best Actress. Apart from her stellar performance in the film she made her debut, the actress will be remembered for her performance in the Romanian Art Film 4 months three weeks and two days, which garnered her numerous prizes, including an award called the European Film Award of Best Actress from the London Film Critics. She played an actress from Romania in Romanian actress in Cristian Mungiu's film 4 months 3 weeks and Two days, 4 months (four months 3 weeks, 4 months and 2 days) which was awarded an award of the Palme d'Or and other prizes during the 2007 Cannes Film Festival. Additionally, she was a part in the film by Francis Ford Coppola Youth Without Youth. In 2008, she played Yasim anwar, a character from the BBC 5-episode mini-series The Last Enemy. Marinca appeared as Yasim Anwar in Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven, as well as the Romanian Drama Boogie. Later, she had a major part in the film Fury which featured her as in the film Fury as a German woman whose name was Irma aunt of Emma.
